VP Corporate Finance

The Vice President of Corporate Finance will lead the company’s capital market strategy, corporate funding activities, and investor engagement. This role is pivotal in preparing the company for its upcoming IPO and ongoing corporate actions.

The VP Corporate Finance will serve as the financial bridge between internal leadership, regulators (OJK, IDX), underwriters, and investors, ensuring transparency, compliance, and confidence in the company’s financial performance and future growth strategy.

Corporate Finance is responsible for maximizing shareholder value through short- and long-term financial planning and strategic capital management. This function oversees the company’s financial structuring, investment decisions, and corporate budgeting related to funding, investments, and capital allocation.

Investor Relations manages communication and relationships with investors, shareholders, and the financial community, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely information about the company’s financial performance and strategic direction.

Scope of Work:

  • Treasury & Collection:
    Formulate and execute treasury strategies and operational processes to maintain company liquidity, manage cash and banking activities, and ensure adequate funding for operations and investments.
  • Investor Relation & Financing:
    Maintain relationships with investors and financial institutions, providing accurate information about the company as required by stakeholders.
    Formulate strategies for funding and capital management to support company operations, investments, and growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 12–15 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, or investor relations, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
  • Proven track record in capital market transactions (IPO, bonds, rights issue, or M&A).
  • Strong understanding of OJK, IDX, and public company reporting standards.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • High integrity and confidence working with executive leadership, investors, and regulators.

A hospital background and big 4 is highly preferred
