Finance Business Support Manager

Our client is a fast-growing tobacco company with a strong presence in the Indonesian market. As the business continues to expand, they are looking for an experienced Finance Business Support Manager to strengthen their finance team.

The Finance Business Support Manager will be responsible for leading the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes. The role will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and drive business performance.

This position requires a commercially minded finance professional with strong analytical capabilities, experience in financial modelling, business partnering, and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

1.Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term Financial planning processes.
2.Prepare and analyze monthly management reports, including variance analysis against budget and forecast.
3.Monitor key financial, operational performance indicators (KPIs).
4.Provide financial modeling and business case analysis for strategic initiatives, investments, and new projects.
5.Support senior management with financial insights and recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
6.Conduct revenue, cost, margin, and cash flow analysis.
7.Develop and maintain financial forecasting models and Planning tools.
8.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, HR, etc.) to ensure alignment between financial plans and business objectives.
9.Identify financial risks and opportunities and propose mitigation plans.
10.Support business performance reviews and management presentations.
11.Ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and compliance with internal policies.
12.Lead, coach, and develop FP&A team members

We're looking for professionals with:

• Strong experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Business Planning. In the Tobacco industry
• A background in multinational companies, preferably within FMCG, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, or Distribution.
• Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and business partnering.
• Experience within a global corporate environment or consulting firm is considered an advantage.
