Red Hat is seeking a dedicated and experienced Partner Account Manager to join their team in Indonesia. This role offers the opportunity to manage and develop strategic relationships with partners, guiding sustainable long-term growth and accelerating the adoption of innovative solutions. The successful candidate will have the chance to work with partners on joint solutions and opportunities, ensuring they have the sales and technical capability to successfully promote these offerings. What you'll do:

As a Partner Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and developing strategic relationships with our partners. Your primary focus will be guiding sustainable long-term growth while accelerating the adoption of innovative solutions. You will work closely with partners, promoting sales, educating them on our offerings, focusing on joint solutions, opportunities, and guiding those partner sales initiatives. Your role will also involve ensuring that our partners have the necessary sales and technical capabilities to successfully sell and promote our offerings. You will also be responsible for establishing joint business goals, tracking KPIs, facilitating partner escalations within the company, planning quarterly partner investments, as well as recruiting and enabling business partners.

  • Own partner success and develop strategic accounts plans with your partners
  • Promote sales, educate on offerings, and focus on joint solutions and opportunities with partners
  • Ensure the partner has sales and technical capability to successfully sell and promote offerings
  • Work with partners to demonstrate how solutions and technologies can be integrated into their offerings
  • Promote executive engagement on an ongoing basis to increase presence in partner customer accounts
  • Collaborate with other verticals to help promote their business objectives through the partner ecosystem
  • Establish and track joint business goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Take responsibility for recruitment and enablement of business partners and solutions providers
  • Facilitate partner escalations within the company
  • Plan quarterly partner investments and market development funds (MDF)


What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Partner Account Manager position brings a wealth of experience in partner management. With over 7 years of experience, you have developed effective Go To Market Partner plans and have a proven track record of growing channel ecosystems in multi-product companies. You are adept at ensuring results through business partners and inspiring trust in partner executives. Your ability to work well in heavily matrixed environments, coupled with your entrepreneurial outlook and approach, sets you apart. Additionally, your experience in selling solutions to sales partners and handling conflict between partner and sales teams will be invaluable in this role.
