Sales Director - Cloud

A global and expanding cloud software company is recruiting for a new Sales Director - Cloud job for Indonesia. You will be based in Jakarta and have full P&L responsibility. You will also be responsible for overall sales, marketing, and customer satisfaction.

About the Sales Director - Cloud Role:
The Country Manager collaborates with relevant stakeholders and word towards ensuring customer success, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring continuous expansion

Key Responsibilities:

• Devise sales and marketing strategies for Indonesia to stimulate growth
• Devise revenue generation strategies in line with defined objectives
• Identify, prospect, develop and close key clients, accounting for all phases of the sales process
• Oversee the service delivery process to ensure customer delight
• Create new processes (sales, operations, customers) to leapfrog growth
• Manage the overall operations of the company in the region in line with company guidelines
• Manage the country team and hire additional team members as need
• Assess current technology, operations, and digital challenges leading to business impacts
• Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments, and other business venture

To succeed in this Sales Director - Cloud role, you must have a visionary mindset with key traits and skills such as ability to deliver results, goal orientated, and a passion to engage with and nurture customer relationships

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years' related experience in sales, service delivery and P&L
• Minimum of five years' experience in P&L management and 10 years in people leadership roles
• Proven history to lead, coach and inspire cross functional teams
• Demonstrated experience in business growth, profit center management and people management
• Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Outstanding analytic and problem-solving abilities
