Senior Product Manager (B2B, FinTech)

We’re looking for a curious, trategic and execution-driven Senior Product Manager to lead our B2B Business domain in a high-growth FinTech company. This role is perfect for someone passionate about defining business processes, driving integrations, and turning complex ideas into scalable solutions. You’ll shape product strategy and build platforms that enable growth and efficiency across the business.

What You’ll Do

• Own the business product roadmap for B2B Payment Gateway and Remittance, driving product expansion and market penetration
• Lead user acquisition and growth initiatives, focusing on merchant onboarding, activation, and transaction scale
• Partner closely with sales, commercial, and partnerships to turn customer and market needs into scalable products
• Define and track growth KPIs (GMV, conversion, retention, usage) to guide data‑driven product decisions
• Drive end‑to‑end product execution, from opportunity discovery to launch and post‑launch optimization
• Identify new use cases, corridors, and segments to expand adoption across the payments ecosystem

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B FinTech, with a strong focus on business product development and platform scale
• Proven experience working with payment, financial, or transactional products (Payment Gateway experience is a strong plus)
• Strong business acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities, evaluate trade‑offs, and drive products that deliver commercial impact
• Experience collaborating with engineering, sales, and commercial teams to turn business needs into scalable product solutions
• Highly curious and fintech‑driven, with a solid understanding of how financial products create value for merchants and partners
