Channel Manager (IT, Cloud & Observability)

- We are seeking a highly driven and strategically minded Channel Account Manager / Partner Manager to accelerate our partner ecosystem and grow our market presence across Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Observability solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced IT principal environment, builds strong partner relationships, and understands how to scale business through system integrators, distributors, and strategic alliances.
- What you'll do
- Develop, manage, and grow partnerships with SIs, VARs, MSPs, and distributors to drive joint business opportunities
- Drive partner enablement initiatives including product training, certification programs, and joint GTM activities
- Execute channel sales strategies to build pipeline, accelerate revenue, and meet quarterly/annual targets.
- Enable and empower partners through training, certifications, product updates, and joint go‑to‑market initiatives.
- Identify and onboard new strategic partners relevant to Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Observability portfolios.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to support partner deals, GTM execution, and market expansion.

Maintain deep understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Cybersecurity frameworks, and Observability technologies (APM, Logs, Infrastructure Monitoring, Visibility tools, etc.).
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years of proven experience in Channel Sales, Partner Management, or Business Development within the Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Observability sectors.
- Demonstrated success managing channel ecosystems and driving revenue through partner networks.
- Strong existing network and relationships with SIs, partners, and distributors in the region.
- Solid understanding of Cloud architectures, security concepts, and observability platforms.
- Relevant industry certifications, such as:
- AWS / Azure / GCP certifications
- Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, Security+)
- Observability/Monitoring certifications (Datadog, New Relic, Dynatrace, Splunk, etc
