As an early commercial leader, you’ll play a foundational role in shaping our market presence, accelerating revenue, and establishing our brand across key industries.
💼 What You’ll Do
- Own and execute our end-to-end GTM strategy for the Indonesian market, from market segmentation to revenue delivery.
- Build, manage, and grow a high-performing sales pipeline, focusing on mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Develop and operationalize sales playbooks to drive consistent, repeatable performance.
- Open doors and close strategic deals across Retail, Telco, and BFSI — our core industries.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing to refine value propositions, messaging, and use cases tailored to Indonesia.
- Establish scalable sales processes, including forecasting, reporting, and pipeline hygiene.
- Recruit, coach, and develop an early commercial team as the business scales.
