We are seeking a high‑caliber Head of Business Intelligence to lead our data strategy and company‑wide business navigation This role is ideal for a BI leader who is equally strong in technical data capabilities and business shaping, able to turn complex datasets into decisive insights that influence strategy, product direction, and operational performance.

As the Head of BI, you will own the full BI landscape—data tools, data architecture, analytics frameworks, dashboards, experimentation, and insights delivery. You will lead a team of BI analysts, data analysts, and data specialists to elevate decision‑making across the organization.

What you'll do:

Drive the company’s data intelligence strategy and provide insights that support decision‑making across product, operations, finance, risk, and commercial teams.
Partner closely with senior leadership to shape business direction through actionable insights, KPI frameworks, forecasting, and performance narratives.
Oversee BI infrastructure, including data modeling, data pipelines, warehousing, and visualization layers, ensuring strong governance and data quality.
Lead hands‑on analytics work such as complex queries, deep‑dives, cohorting, funnel analysis, segmentation, experimentation, and advanced business modeling.
Translate data findings into clear business recommendations that support acquisition, conversion, monetization, portfolio health, and operational excellence.
Lead and mentor a high‑performing BI and analytics team, building a culture of analytical rigor, ownership, and collaboration across functions.
Work closely with Data Engineering, Product, Growth, Finance, and Risk to align BI solutions with evolving business needs and ensure scalable data practices.

What you'll bring:

8–10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related roles—preferably within fintech or digital/technology industries.
Proven leadership experience managing high‑performing BI or analytics teams.
Deep hands‑on expertise in data analysis, SQL/queries, modern BI tools, and data modeling concepts.
Demonstrated ability to turn data into clear narratives, strategic recommendations, and business outcomes.
Strong understanding of fintech metrics such as CAC, LTV, risk metrics, cohort behavior, funnels, retention, and revenue drivers.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and simplify complex insights.
A builder mindset—comfortable defining BI architecture, processes, and dashboards from the ground up or scaling existing systems.

Nice to Have

Experience in credit‑based fintech (lending, BNPL, digital banking, payments).
Exposure to machine learning workflows or predictive analytics.
Experience driving data literacy and insight‑driven culture across organizations
If you have Blue Ocean Implemenation certification
