What you'll do:
We’re looking for a fast-moving, high-ownership Head of Sales to drive our Go-To-Market strategy and accelerate our next phase of growth.This is a role for someone who thrives in building, executing, and scaling — not just managing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute our end-to-end GTM strategy
- Build and grow a high-performing sales pipeline across enterprise accounts
- Develop clear sales playbooks and drive disciplined execution
- Open doors and close deals with Retail and BFSI customers
- Collaborate closely with Product & Marketing to align value propositions
- Establish scalable sales processes, reporting, and forecasting
What you'll bring:
- 7+ years experience in SaaS sales, ideally in fast-growing environments
- Proven ability to build GTM motions from scratch
- Strong network and relationships in Retail, Telco & BFSI
- Highly self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with speed
- Strong ownership mindset — you make things happen, fast
- Ability to lead, influence, and operate hands-on
