VP Product (Banking, Financial Services)

What you'll do:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution across Fintech Consumer, B2B B2C Product
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, operations, and business development to deliver impactful products.
• Drive product innovation aligned with market needs, customer feedback, and business goals.
• Ensure seamless go-to-market execution and post-launch performance tracking.
• Mentor and manage a team of product managers, fostering a high-performance and growth-oriented culture.
• Identify opportunities for AI adoption and integration to enhance product capabilities.
• Strengthen partnerships and align product development with global logistics and e-commerce trends.

What you'll bring

• 8-10 years of experience in product management, with a strong track record in shaping and executing product strategies in Consuimer Product: B2C, B2B, and Platform
• Minimum 6 years of experience leading and managing product teams.
• Proven experience in Digital Banking, Financial Service
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
