Project Manager (FMCG)

What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end project management across multiple workstreams, from strategic planning to execution.
• Design and implement concrete programs and project plans aligned with business goals.
• Drive execution by mobilizing cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
• Ensure implementation accuracy and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Transition manual processes into integrated, scalable solutions.
• Apply Agile methodologies and leverage tools like JIRA and Asana to manage workflows and track progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams including product, operations, marketing, and tech to ensure project success.

What you'll bring:

• 4–5 years of project management experience in FMCG, marketplace, or e-commerce.
• Strong ownership, execution capability, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Asana, and Agile practices.
• Proven ability to lead integrated revamp and transformation projects.
