What you'll do:

We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Commercial to lead and grow our commercial operations across Data, AI, and Media platform business units. This role is responsible for driving sales, marketing communications, business planning, customer relationship management, and project delivery to ensure effective, efficient, and competitive operations.

You’ll also play a key role in building strategic partnerships and managing stakeholder relationships to support the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth across all company 3 business units
  • Lead sales planning and execution, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Oversee marketing communications and go-to-market strategies for products and services
  • Drive project delivery excellence across commercial initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with external stakeholders including government institutions, business partners, and communities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial targets are met, including managing Opex and COGS effectively.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead negotiations with key market players in media, digital, startups, and enterprise sectors.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior commercial, sales, or business leadership role within the Ecommerce, Digital Media, Tech Digital
  • Proven track record in managing strategic partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong network and close relationships with market players in media, digital, startups, and enterprise sectors.
  • Sharp, confident, and results-driven with excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of financial management, including operating expenses (Opex) and cost of goods sold (COGS).
