As a Head of Product you will play a critical role in defining and executing our product strategy. You will be responsible for leading the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring that our products are both innovative and aligned with the company’s vision.

What you will do:

• Strategic Leadership: Define and own the product vision, financial program, engagement, strategy, and road map in alignment with the company's objectives. Leverage your deep understanding of the Lending industry to identify market opportunities and create products that lead the market.
• Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritise features, manage timeline, and deliver products that meet customer needs.
• Customer Focus: Develop a deep understanding financial infrastructure, including product demand, program and marketing. Utilize data-driven insights to create user-centric products that solve real problems in the FinTech space
• Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. Use these insights to inform product decisions and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Head of Product role brings a wealth of experience from the FinTech Space. You have demonstrated your proven experience to create a FinTech platform and to lead high-performing teams towards achieving ambitious targets. Your strategic thinking allows you to define business KPIs and develop data-driven strategies effectively.

• Experience: 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a Lending platform company. Proven track record of building and scaling successful FinTech products.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Fintech and Lending product, and the broader FinTech ecosystem.
• Technical Expertise: Strong technical background with the ability to understand and contribute to discussions around architecture and design. Experience working closely with engineering teams in an Agile environment.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, manage complex projects, and drive organisational change. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-Centric: Passionate about creating products that deliver exceptional user experiences. Ability to gather and interpret customer feedback and translate it into actionable product features.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication in English
