This role is based in the vibrant city of Jakarta and offers an exceptional chance to build a high-performng category strategy.

In this pivotal role, your core mission: acquire top-tier sellers, unlock new opportunities, and fuel category expansion and revenue growth. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who thrives in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead seller acquisition efforts for Home Living & Appliances, targeting high-potential brands, manufacturers, and distributors.

  • Develop and execute category growth strategies to expand product assortment, improve pricing competitiveness, and boost customer experience.

  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer data to uncover new growth opportunities.

  • Build strong, sustainable relationships with key partners and sellers; act as a trusted advisor to help them grow their business on our platform.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, product, and finance teams to deliver impactful campaigns and promotions.

  • Monitor performance metrics (GMV, SKU growth, conversion, etc.) and drive continuous improvement.

What you bring:

  • 3–5 years of experience in the home living or appliance industry, with a solid understanding of category dynamics and product lifecycle.

  • Proven business development and seller acquisition track record, ideally in an e-commerce or marketplace setting.

  • A natural hunter mindset – proactive, persuasive, and persistent when it comes to sourcing and onboarding new sellers.

  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen; able to translate data into strategy.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Fluent in English; other language skills are a plus.
