Project Manager (Batam)

This role is based in the vibrant city of Batam and offers an exceptional chance to build an high-performing Project Management and Customer Service team. The successful candidate will be responsible through communication and coordination with project team members, planning the project schedules and tracking action owners to finish tasks on time and with quality, thus pushing and making sure to complete the whole project(close NPI and move to MP).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electronic Manufacturing, Electrical, and appliances with a proven track record in project management, delivery and customer service management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, project delivery and resource allocation.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• The project schedule planning (using scheduling software, SaaS, tools or Excel)
• Sample build planning and allocating.
• Track project progress and performance, making adjustments as needed to stay on schedule and within budget. Report the project progress.

What you Bring:

• Bachelor's degree from any kind of disciplines
• More than 5 years NPI (new product introduction) project management work experience, better once he/she has worked at some similar factory.
• Mandarin speaker (minimum conversation level)
• Strong leadership, at least 3 years experience in people management.
• Have good cross department communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work well under pressure and handle emergency and stressful situations
• Positive mindset and Can Do Attitude
