About the Product Manager (Fintech) Role:
Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the Product Manager will play a key role in the product team’s continued development and success in the Jakarta office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Translate high level strategic initiatives into clear and detailed PRD
• Demonstrate experience in end-to-end product development life cycle, from discovery to development and product growth
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Collaborate cross-functional team to ensure opportunities are effectively covered and advanced
• Be data-driven in decision making
• Deeply and continuously monitor, plan, analyse, and evaluate features and products
• Conduct market analysis and competitors' analysis to identify product opportunities
• Plan and conduct UX and customer research
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototype

To succeed in this Product Manager job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/information technology, engineering, business studies, accounting, economics or equivalent
• Familiar with various credit/payment product cooperation technical solutions and characteristics, with experience in internet product development and project management is preferred
• Good communication in English
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, active thinking, strong learning and adaptation abilities
• Experience with handling end-to-end product development, including the operation process of the products with a large user base or capital volume
