A rapidly expanding multinational fintech company is seeking a talented candidate for a Head of New Product (Secured Loan) job. In this job, you will lead a team and be responsible for all new loan products within the organisation.

About the Head of New Product (Secured Loan) Role:
Reporting to the Chief or Product officer, you will hire the right person for this particular team, and manage and grow them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand how the collateral works, including collateral base lending, cash loan, and secured financing
• Build a secured lending team together with other product team and managing other stakeholders within the internal and external company
• Build the product from end to end
• Understand and actively search for current market situation and define market pricing
• Work with the sales team to build the system, potential partnership, doing the right promotion and campaign
• Build the business with the right go-to-market strategy

To succeed in this Head of New Product (Secured Loan) role, you will need to have the experience in creating a secure lending and/or financing, and able to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• 10 or more years of experience in secured lending and financing business, such as mortgage (KPR) and personal loan
• A deep understanding in end to end loan product development
• Experience as individual contributor and building a team from scratch
• Great negotiation skills and fluency in English is a must
