This well-established AI fintech company is seeking a well experienced candidate for a Head of Sales (B2B Fintech) job to develop and grow their B2B business in Indonesia.
About the Head of Sales (B2B Fintech) Role: Reporting to the Director of Business Development you will help to lead, build, and grow the credit scoring business in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire, liaise and maintain relationships with new clients
Source and develop relationships and opportunities for company in the target markets and driving demand to grow company's revenue streams
Develop product division to identify and scope product enhancements to identify potential ancillary product sales opportunities
Lead both the acquisition and retention team to build relationships and helping secure new agreement with new client to assure pipeline of new opportunity
Manage preparation of business cases including P&L and cash flows in relation to new opportunities
To succeed in this Head of Sales (B2B Fintech) role, you must possess the ownership to represent the company at events across industry bodies with strong financial networks. Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university with major in business or equivalent
Minimum of seven years' experience in the fintech / financial industry, preferably in a sales and/or sales support capacity, along with mandatory people management experience
Mandatory experience handling B2B related business
Fluency in English is a must - both verbal and written English skills
Strong ability to set clear measurable objectives, delegate responsibilities, assesses, recognise and reward performance
Excellent negotiating, influencing, communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated and able to demonstrate strong organisation and prioritisation skills within sales and relationship management environment
