A rapidly expanding international fintech firm is seeking a talented Director of Product (Fintech) with at least six years of experience in building fintech-related digital product in Indonesia. In this job, you will kick start the product development and localisation initiative for Indonesia.

About the Director of Product (Fintech) Role:
Working with international team, you will be responsible for the development of all the company products in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the product development for Indonesia with little to no guidance
• Create product planning and assignment of tasks and deliverables
• Manage the product life cycle from concept to launch of the products across all products/product lines
• Own the product roadmap and communicate with C-level staff, board members, and other stakeholders and monitor product development sprints and evaluate results
• Define pricing and competitive positioning for each product
• Drive innovative ideas, solutions and products through leadership and decisive action
• Work closely with other stakeholders including engineering, marketing, finance, operations, and external stakeholders to implement new features and enhancements within agreed time frames
• Become the key evangelist of product and participate in press activities, conferences, discussions with thought leaders and market analysts

To succeed in this Director of Product (Fintech) role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• At least six years of experience building fintech products such as payment gateway and e-wallet in Indonesia
• An exceptional can-do attitude and be deeply self-motivated, experience in a zero to one environment is a strong point
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, and able to communicate and collaborate well with the business and engineering team
• Excellent data driven approach to decision-making
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills and strong intuition of user behaviours within the fintech space
• Strong drive to make things happen, charismatic, and ability to influence
• Passionate about financial technology
