A rapidly expanding multinational fintech company is seeking a talented Head of Cash Loan (Car Refinancing). In this job, you will lead a team and be responsible for all cash loans related within the organisation.

About the Head of Cash Loan (Car Refinancing) Role:
Reporting to the Chief or Product officer, you will hire the right person for this particular team, and manage them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand how the collateral works, including collateral base lending, cash loan, and secure financing
• Build a secured lending team together with other product team and managing other stakeholders within the internal and external company
• Build the product from end to end
• Understand and actively search for current market situation and define market pricing
• Work with the sales team to build the system, potential partnership, doing the right promotion and campaign
• Build the business with the right go-to-market strategy

To succeed in this Head of Cash Loan (Car Refinancing) role, you will need to have the ability for secure lending and financing, especially for car or motorcycle and to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• 10 or more years of experience in used car financing business, secured financing and lending, not only mortgage or personal loan
• A deep understanding in end to end product development and project management
• Experience as individual contributor and building a team from scratch
• Great negotiation skills and fluency in English is a must
