Product Manager

A Product Manager job has become available at a rapidly expanding health-tech company to join the product team in the Jakarta office.

About the Product Manager Role:
In this role you will have an opportunity to work in a highly performing regional product team to manage the entire product life cycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with local business stakeholders to identify and quantify technology enablers to grow the business
• Ruthlessly prioritise, drive stakeholder alignment, proactively manage risks and dependencies and plan for rapid and intentional experimentation
• Take full ownership of the product launch in the country; conducts user acceptance tests, assists in framing and execution of test cases, and communicates post-launch feedback to business and platform product stakeholders
• Identify, analyse, and track metrics that inform the success of products launches.
• Have a hands-on attitude - the product manager must be willing and able to "dive deep" into the inner works of our logistics/e-commerce/B2B platform and become a product expert in it
• Assist the incident management team in bug/incident prioritisation and give local insights to ensure adequate assignment of engineering resources
• Act as the Voice of the User through feedback collection and analytical techniques

To succeed in the Product Manager job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with product teams, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• Two to five years of product management/product design/programme management experience, preferably in e-commerce/marketplace/internet products
• Cross-disciplinary overview of business functions such as marketing, logistics, marketplace operations, accounting and finance is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile development process and Rapid product development techniques, such as Design sprints, Story mapping and others
• Degree in Computer science or a related technical field
• Basic understanding of SQL/UX design principles is helpful
• Must have an empathetic approach to problem solving
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in English language is preferred
• Strong sense of responsibility, fast and excellent learning ability, ability to analyse and solve problems independently
• Highly self-driven with the ability to learn and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
