Key Responsibilities:

• Envision the entire product life cycle. What should be built, why it should be built, and how it should work
• Set the long-term vision and strategy for the company’s products
• Lead the product discovery, development, and growth
• Manage stakeholders well. Communicate across stakeholders involved (engineers, businesses, customers, communities) and manage their expectations
• Think of success as understanding the market, business, and user journey through research, and to create an exceptional product based on the data you gathered to brings added value to the user and industry
• Be passionate about blockchain. Follow the news to gather intelligence about what the customer needs, find product market fit, look for actionable insights from the market, and stay up to date on technological trends relevant to the market/industry

To be successful in this Lead Product Manager - Blockchain Technology role, you need to have three or more years in a product management role, be a critical thinker, and be passionate about the blockchain world.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from reputable universities with relevant majors
• Three or more years of successful end-to-end product management experience
• A strong work ethic with high sense of ownership
• Proven ability to work cross functionally in a highly collaborative environment
• Demonstrated creative thinking
• Agile, with a balance of quality and sense of urgency
• Integrity, ethical standards and sound judgement
• Strong analytically, problem solving and communication skills
• Interest in crypto currency and blockchain is a must
• Design and UI/UX experience is a plus
