About the Product Manager Role:
Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the Product Manager will play a key role in the product team’s continued development and success in Jakarta office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Combine merchant demands, business models and financial services capabilities, by providing the right and competitive solutions for merchants
• Demonstrate deep understanding of the local market environment and competitive business trends
• Promote continuous optimisation and innovation of internal financial product services
• Build standardised pre-sales/delivery service processes with the goal of improving merchant satisfaction and cooperation efficiency

To succeed in this Product Manager job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, with at least three years of pre-sales/delivery experience in SAAS, payment, and credit industries
• Familiar with various credit/payment product cooperation technical solutions and characteristics, with experience in internet product development and project management is preferred
• Must be fluent in English and Mandarin and be able to use it as a working language as the candidate is required to work with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, active thinking, strong learning and adaptation abilities
• Experience with handling end-to-end product development, including the operation process of the products with a large user base or capital volume
