About the Product Manager (Mandarin Speaker) Role:
Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the Product Manager will play a key role in the product team’s continued development and success in Jakarta office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on merchants in key industries, have an insight into demands, and analyse pain points
• Combine the industry characteristics and trends by taking charge of product innovation of instalment products in consumption scenarios
• Conduct the demand analysis and design of financial products
• Collaborate with teams of business, operation, risk control, capital, and others stakeholders, to implement financial product solutions for online and in-store scenarios in different industries
• Coordinate the resources from tech support, testing, and others to advance project development, complete the delivery of solutions to customers, and track the online operation performance of products
• Be responsible for the commercial results of products and customer experience

To succeed in this Product Manager job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• Strong business sense, and have independent thinking and judgement on the cooperation of consumer finance scenarios
• Good command of both English and Chinese is a must
• Experience with solution design for the corresponding industry is preferred
• Ability to think from the users' perspectives, control the details of product experience, and come up with effective product solutions combined with the local users' characteristics
• Experience with consumer loans, credit cards, or bank retail loan products. Familiar with the credit process
• Experience with handling end-to-end product development, including the operation process of the products with a large user base or capital volume
