An attractive Head of Key Account & Partnerships job has just become available at a leading property-tech company in Indonesia.

About the Head of Key Account & Partnerships Role:
As the Head of Key Account & Partnerships, you will work as the lead in handling the major key account management of the existing partners of the company while reporting directly to the Director of Business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key partners by building and developing relationships with existing clients including hotels/property owners and hotel/property staff
  • Liaise with all internal departments to manage the property management and partnerships
  • Grow and analyse the business by coordinating with property owners on long-term revenue-focused goals
  • Create innovative solutions to current unmet needs and challenges
  • Develop new initiatives to maximise growth and meet customer needs
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and improve operational efficiency

To succeed in this Head of Key Account & Partnerships role, you must possess strong key account and partnerships management with commercial awareness with a proven record in delivering revenue growth.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of seven years of experience in managing accounts and partnerships in e-commerce/tech related start-up industries
  • Management consulting background experience is a great plus
  • Extensive experience as a Project Leader during business management/transformation projects
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to pay attention to details and macro-level outcomes
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and start-up experience is a plus
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty and ambiguity
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English
