Senior Product Manager

A rapidly expanding supply chain fintech is looking for a talented candidate to take on a Senior Product Manager job. In this job, you will lead a team and be responsible for all product-related functions.

About the Senior Product Manager Role:
Reporting directly to the CPO, you will lead two different verticals and responsible for the vision and development of the whole organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the product team in research for new products, product enhancements, including product redesign in a human-centric design approach
• Ability to define product vision, road map and growth opportunities in concert with customer needs and business model
• Research and analyse the market, the users, and the road map for the product for continuous improvement of the products
• Lead the planning of product release plans and the executions of delivery of new features/functionalities
• Assess value, develop use cases, and prioritise stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy

To succeed in this Senior Product Manager role, you need to be able to collaborate with other stakeholders within the organisation and work effectively and co-operatively across functions and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• At least five years of experience in product management/as management consultant in complex/matrix environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another rigorous discipline. An advanced degree in one of these fields is a plus
• Strong customer-centric approach and ability to envision products that solve customers’ pain points
• Extensive knowledge of and proven track record in development of products and services in a technology-based environment
• Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences with strong leadership skills
• Strong understanding of customers and requirements in the fintech industry
