About the Product Manager Role:
Reporting to the CTO, you will be in charged of defining, tracking and analysing key metrics to drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with founders in building the product vision and executing the strategic roadmap
• Own company strategic consumer facing products (mobile app and mobile web) including B2B SaaS
• Translate product strategy into clear and well-scoped requirement documents and prototypes easily understood by non-technical people and executable by engineers
• Work with engineers designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive and deliver the product roadmap
• Scope, prioritise, and manage the timeline of the roadmap based on business and customer impact

To succeed in the Product Manager job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of experience as a product manager at a consumer facing, high-growth start up
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, business or any related background
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong intuitions of user behaviours
• Mission driven. Can rally all team members and stakeholders to achieve company goals
• Down-to-earth, sociable, and can interact with wide spectrum of people; from executives, engineers, all the way to blue-collar workers and underprivileged communities
• A strong drive to make things happen, charisma, and ability to influence in a multicultural setting
• Fluency in Bahasa and English is a must
