About the Lead Product Manager Role:
Report direct to VP of Product, you will mentoring product managers and act as Independent contributor. As the Lead Product Manager, you will collaborate with others stakeholders to ensure the customer had the best investing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with other senior management and help the customers to get more out of their investing experience
• Collaborate across team member internally and contribute insights, ideas, and features to craft a cohesive product road map strategy
• Work with other stakeholders including Engineering and UX teams to define product goals and deliver key features
• Participate in design and technical discussions
• Execute product experiments to improve key metrics and analyse data to create recommendations

To succeed in this Lead Product Manager role you must have the ability to lead effectively and possess a keen understanding of product development.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of five years' experience in product management for internet products and technologies
• Experience in the banking process or fintech industry is an advantage
• Experience in leading a team for one to two years
• Experience bringing a consumer product to market
• Ability to provide clear solutions to ambiguous problems
• Excellent problem-solving and innovation skills
