VP OF SALES (FINTECH - INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR) Our client is on the hunt for a strategic and high-performing VP of Sales to drive revenue growth and expand their footprint in the BFSI sector. The company runs a cutting-edge of risk and regulatory technology solutions tailored for the Banking & Financial Services industry.


What you'll do:

As the VP of Sales, your role will be pivotal in driving the company's success. Working side by side directly with the CEO, you will be responsible for end-to-end enterprise sales, from pipeline generation to deal closure.

  • Hunt & Acquire: Identify, engage, and secure new banking and financial services clients in BFSI industry
  • Map out key decision-makers, navigate complex sales cycles, and position the company as a trusted partner
  • Lead consultative sales, articulating the value of the company's complex regulatory and risk technology solutions to senior executives
  • Drive sales strategies, forecasting, and business growth with a keen focus on numbers and profitability
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and regulatory changes to refine sales approaches

What you bring:

  • A relentless sales professional with a track record of closing deals in BFSI technology solutions
  • Strong experience in complex B2B solution selling, regulatory tech, or risk/compliance platforms
  • Ability to influence and sell to CROs, CIOs, CFOs, and key decision-makers in banks and financial institutions
  • Sharp commercial acumen with a deep understanding of forecasting, sales metrics, and revenue growth strategies
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and highly strategic in penetrating new markets and securing high-value clients
