HEAD OF CUSTOMER ACQUISITION Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Customer Acquisition to lead their team. This role is pivotal in driving both offline and online customer acquisition, managing end-to-end processes for customer engagement, and fostering valuable partnerships. Reporting directly to the C-Level executives, this position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within the organisation.


What you'll do:

As the Head of Customer Acquisition, you will play a crucial role in driving our client's growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative customer acquisition strategies, both online and offline. Your role will also involve managing all aspects of customer engagement, from initial contact through to conversion. You will establish and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, providing them with regular updates and insights. Reporting directly to the C-Level executives, you will have the opportunity to influence key business decisions.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital sales strategy that integrates online and offline channels
  • Identify and evaluate new opportunities for customer acquisition and growth
  • Oversee the management and optimisation of digital campaigns by leveraging data analytic to track, measure, and optimise the performance of digital sales initiatives
  • Drive the development and execution of customer acquisition campaigns across multiple channels
  • Monitor customer acquisition costs and lifetime value to ensure profitable growth
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty


What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Head of Customer Acquisition role will bring a wealth of experience from the banking, digital banking, FSI or fin-tech industries. You will have a proven track record in driving customer acquisition and managing end-to-end customer engagement processes. Your excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with strategic partners. With your analytic skills, you'll provide valuable insights that inform business decisions. Your knowledge of industry regulations and standards will ensure compliance across all activities.
