You will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the company's IT department, aligning IT strategies with the overall business goals, ensuring the efficient and effective use of technology to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure IT Planning and System Development align with company's goals and objectives
• Maintain the installation, maintenance, and optimization of all computers including hardware and software
• Develop and maintain web-based applications on the back and front, which you are expected to be able to do the coding according to company's need
• In charge in implementation of an ERP system including business process mapping
• Ensure the security, stability and effectiveness of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, databases, etc.)
• Oversee IT support operations
• Able to negotiate and managing contracts with IT vendors and service providers

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience in implementing SAP for an FMCG company from scratch
• Experience with database management and strongly preferred in SQL/ Pentaho
• Solid experience in project management principles
• Fluent in English is a must
