About the Consultant (Senior Manager/Director) role:
As a Consultant, you will work closely with the customers to deliver high-quality CRM solutions to tackle the unique business challenges. You will leverage your expertise in CRM configuration, customisation, and best practices to guide customers in achieving their CRM and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the sales and implementation of CRM solutions (Sales Force is preferable)
• Lead engagements and contribute with business and technical knowledge in the area of CRM
• Collaborate with customers to understand the business processes, requirements, and objectives
• Assess and analyse existing CRM implementations, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation
• Configure and customise the CRM to meet client-specific needs, including the creation of custom objects, work-flows, and reports

To succeed in this Consultant (Senior Manager/Director) role, you will need to have a proven record in CRM solution services.

Key Requirements:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable)
• Strong understanding of CRM concepts and business processes
• Minimum 10 years as a Senior Manager and a minimum of 15 years as a Director of IT experience, with at least six years' experience in selling and delivering CRM based projects within an enterprise or consulting environment
• Good track record in building and managing a team, as well as exceeding CRM related sales target
• Driven, results oriented and client focused, with sound business acumen and leadership qualities
