About the Chief Technology Officer Role:
As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of the organisation. Your leadership and strategic vision will drive the development and deployment of innovative SaaS and PaaS products that cater to hospitals and clinics, revolutionising the way health-care services are delivered and managed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate a clear and inspiring technology vision aligned with the company's overall mission and goals
• Manage cross-functional product and platform teams, driving a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and technological advancements
• Provide visionary leadership to both the product and engineering organisation
• Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with business goals
• Lead the evaluation and implementation of Cloud technology roadmaps into product solutions

To be successful in this Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will require to have exposures in SaaS and PaaS product development.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree (an advantage) with 12 or more years of progressive experience in technology leadership, software engineering and architecture, including full stack development and cloud technology (AWS is preferred)
• Solid experience in SDLC project management
• Strong understanding to meet security management requirements
• Experience leading and motivating software engineering teams and managing complex software projects
• Excellent understanding of cloud computing technologies, highly reliable and available large scale distributed systems
