About the Chief Operating Officer Role:

Reporting directly to the founder, you will be the key person in running the transformation of the company and managing the end to end business processes for the whole organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the daily business and administrative operations and improving operating procedures for optimal efficiency
• Assessing and enhancing the efficiency of internal and external operational processes
• Leading and motivating staff to achieve sales and organisational objectives
• Overseeing the recruitment process to attract the best candidates and reduce employee turnover
• Evaluating company performance and recommend strategies to improve results

To succeed in this Chief Operating Officer role, you must have experience a similar industry, similar position with a proven record in managing a sizeable business organisation.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in the digitisation of tech start ups
• Experience having designed, implemented and evaluated organisational transformation digital solutions and delivering large scale change that added value to the organisation
• Effective leadership and time management skills
• Strong analytic and negotiation skills
• Fluency in both English writing and communication skills
