Head of Sales

An excellent Head of Sales job based in Jakarta has become available at a rapidly growing start-up financial technology company. You will report directly to the Founder.

About the Head of Sales Role:
Reporting to the Founder, your key objective will to be focus on growing the business in Indonesia. You will manage all commercial terms including budgets, planning and formulating strategic business plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business plans and strategies, including budgeting, budgeting forecasts, and resource allocation from 0 - 1
• Manage marketing and sales strategies, increasing brand recognition and awareness
• Develop, implement, and monitor marketing plans, including design and implementation of promotion programmes, and hire and train sales and marketing
• Manage and coordinate all engineering, marketing and business development initiatives, including sales, marketing, and business development activities
• Research and analyse market opportunities, identify potential customers, develop business proposals, and negotiate business deals

To succeed in this Head of Sales role, you must have at least five years' relevant experience with over five years in a general management position in a 0-1 environment. You will also need strong communication, strong analytic, creative thinking and leadership skills.

Key Requirements:

• Background in Financial Technology, HR System or B2B Technology is a must
• Deep understanding of the relevant industry in Indonesia through personal or professional experience
• Data-driven leader with strong business acumen and ability to analyse, draw conclusions and execute a strategy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with leadership presence
• Proven record in building, setting new business with significant growth
