About the Head of Growth Role:
The Head of Growth will be responsible for a department to drive quality traffic to the platform, and to identify, design, plan and implement strategy to drive growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, forecast and execute the business roadmap strategy activities to achieve business growth target
• Manage, monitor, develop and expand partner relationships as well as ways to innovate and work with business networks and partners
• Drive revenue and be responsible for the P&L
• Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders (creatives, tech, product, branding, business, etc.) to ensure all activities has been effectively working along well to achieve ultimate goal of growth
• Stakeholder management: work with a variety of stakeholders across sales, finance, marketing, development, operations and customer success to make sure plans and projects are communicated accordingly

To succeed in this Head of Growth role, you must be data-driven, able to create trackers for acquisition and solid knowledge of Indonesian market.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in business or other relevant field from a reputable university
• At least 10 years of experience in partnership, business development, strategy or project management role with solid experience in managing a team
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills with good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work within a multicultural, fast-paced environment
• Strong planning skills and able to manage detail
