A newly created Head of Product job has become available at a rapidly expanding financial technology company in the market.

About the Head of Product Role:
Reporting to the VP of Product, you will play a key role in ideating and co-creating new features and products that uniquely meet the needs of the company, partners and customers within lending business industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic planning and management of the entire new product portfolio
• Definition and alignment of the vision, strategy and road map, in order to establish the new product feature for the company
• Understand client use cases and provide consultancy on how to apply effectively product suite for their business
• Develop core positioning and messaging for owned product(s) and got full ownership of product strategy, vision and road map
• Scale up business by forecast opportunities and pre-build the right service for the right market with available technology

To succeed in this Head of Product job, you will need the skills for decision making and prioritisation for the end-to-end product management; marketing, research, design and engineering to convert the product vision into a well managed development roadmap.

Key Requirements:

• Strong analytical, strategic and coordinating skills
• A proven leader and an entrepreneur that people willingly follow
• Ability to build cross-functional consensus among internal and external stakeholders to drive business results
• Relevant experience in managing end-to-end process for B2B lending business is a must
• Good interpersonal and people management skills
