About the Deputy CEO Role:
As the top management reporting to the CEO/Founder, you will be responsible and accountable for the overall operations and management of this development company. You will be looked upon to set the company's overall strategic direction and priorities and monitor the performance of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Presents regular reports on the status of the company's operations to the CEO/Founder of the company
• Oversees the organisation's financial structure, ensuring adequate and sound funding for the mission and goals of the company
• Reviews the financial results of all operations, comparing them with the company's objectives and taking appropriate measures to correct unsatisfactory performance and results
• Develops, in coordination with the Executive Management Team, an integrated business plan that optimises market share and profitability of existing or new activities
• Act as the principal public relations officer of the company and represent them with major customers, government entities, the financial community, and the public

To succeed in this Deputy CEO role, you must have experience in the health technology industry with proven records in place.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent managerial and financial skills and the ability to take leadership over any business operations area
• At least 15 years' experience in health technology/start-up/technology background
• Strong visionary with proven leadership qualities and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to select, develop and motivate necessary management talent to maintain the company's overall objectives
• Must be able to navigate various departments of the organisation's physical premises
