About the Sales Director Role:
This position reports directly to the Managing Director. You will be responsible for forming a key part of the Indonesian leadership team by developing and delivering the strategies to build a world class sales organisation, including operational excellence and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement plans to achieve accelerated growth
• Have a long-term view for market leadership, and be able to balance short-term and long-term success metrics
• Strategise on market positioning for new brands and products, working with other functions to develop new market entry strategies
• Manage field sales and inside sales teams to meet monthly and annual sales goals
• Influence, collaborate and build excellent working relationship with senior management levels (e.g. executives and c-suites), and other functional divisions in the regional and country team

To succeed in this role, you should come with an excellent and high record of exceeding your sales growth, problem-solving skills, leadership and great communication skills.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing a sales team with proven track record in driving accelerated growth
• Minimum of two years of work experience in strategy or management consulting firms is highly desirable
• Experience in a leadership position or executive role is preferred
• Experience with driving business
• Must be hands-on and operational
