About the Chief Business Officer Role:
Reporting to the CEO, you will be holding a dual role as a Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer. The position is being created to complement the CEO whose strength and experience is concentrated mainly in product and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the administrative, financial, and operations management of the organisation
• Establishing strategic goals and objectives that align with the organisation's mission and vision to support long-term growth
• Evaluating the effectiveness of business operations, including productivity and efficiency
• Recommending changes to improve efficiency and profitability of operations, including increasing revenues or decreasing costs

To succeed in this Chief Business Officer role, you will need solid years of working experience in strategy, commercial, operations, product management, and business development, as well as an impressive track record of continuous delivery and business growth in a banking and start-up environment.
