Senior Product Manager

This hyper-fast growing unicorn tech company in Indonesia is now seeking a Senior Product Manager in Jakarta. In this job, you will manage, develop and focus on handling the platform-focused squad.

About the Senior Product Manager Role:
Reporting directly to the AVP of Product, you will be responsible for the platform development tribe of the whole organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities in concert with customer needs and business model
• Research and analyse the market, the users, and the road-map for the product for continuous improvement of the products
• Lead the planning of product release plans and the deliver execution of new features/functions
• Assess value, develop use cases, and prioritise stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy

To succeed in this Senior Product Manager role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively across function and internal matrix, and be able to collaborate with other stakeholders within the organisation.

Key Requirements:

• At least three years of product management experience
• Technical background and comfortable with it. Does not have to be in engineering but must at least be experienced in engineering and comfortable with technical terms
• Good as a solo contributor and able to manage a team as well
• Experienced in growth metrics, responsible for growth
• Strong customer-centric approach, ability to grow from zero to one, and envision products that solve customers’ pain points
• Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences with strong leadership skills
