Country General Manager for Academy

A rapidly expanding technology start up is looking for a talented candidate to take on a Country General Manager for Academy job. In this job, you will lead a team and be responsible for the end-to-end business process.

About the Country General Manager for Academy Role:
Reporting directly to the founder, you will lead two different verticals and responsible for the vision and development of the whole business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve the business goals in assigned offices for Student acquisition and placement while execute the long term strategy of the company to strengthen its position as a leading student placement service provider
• Creation of ideal organisation structure to support business direction, managing staff, overseeing projects and sales, ensuring the organisation follows local laws and regulations
• Oversee large, often cross-functional, organisation-wide projects or initiatives; bring together important stakeholders and help drive decisions
• Creating memorable learning experiences in order to strengthen the skills of the team members in order to drive revenues/sales
• Providing and delivering training to all sales capability audiences

To succeed in this Country General Manager for Academy role, you need to be able to collaborate with other stakeholders within the organisation and work effectively and co-operatively across functions and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of five years' experience leading and building high growth teams in a leadership role
• Proven ability to motivate and lead a multi-office-based team to achieve demonstrable outcomes
• Coming from education, training or rather a large corporate with complex learning management system is beneficial
• Experience in working with CRM systems is desirable
• A strong, ethical leader who acts with integrity and in the best interests of the business
• English communication is a must
