About the Head of Sales Network Role:
The ideal candidate should possess an extensive connection towards new car dealers across Indonesia. You will be reporting to the C-level in building and nurturing the rapidly growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire offline sourcing strategy while proactively scaling up the business through the offline sourcing
• Ensure the supply used car from all new car dealers across Indonesia are being met
• Be responsible for both sales matrix and profitability
• Build strong relationships with new car dealers and its sales agent to ensure the company's presence
• Build effective networks across business areas and developing relationships based on mutual trust to increase revenue from all segments

To succeed in this Head of Sales Network role, you will need to prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities and maintain profitability while achieving targets including expansion activities.

Key Requirements:

• At least five to eight years of experience, preferably as a field sales/Sales Manager/experience in the B2B new/ used car sales
• Good at establishing action plans and leading the team to implement them
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
• Ability to use own initiative and deliver as part of a successful team
• Strong work ethic and a desire to achieve
