VP of Product

The hyper-fast growing #1 beauty e-commerce in Indonesia is now recruiting for a VP of Product role in Jakarta. In this role, you will manage, develop and increase the company's success of the existing and future product lines plans.

About the VP of Product Role:
Reporting directly to CPO, you will lead a team of product managers and designers in order to build on the success with all company departments and other senior leadership within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, lead and execute a product strategy for your teams in the consumer solutions group while collaborating with other product and functional teams
• Build and manage a team of fifteen to twenty PMs and PDs, from junior to senior level to provide mentoring, career management, and define their work
• Develop cutting edge solutions to maximise performance, scalability and distributed
  processing capability of the systems
• Manage strategic partnerships and lead necessary contract negotiations
• Define pricing and competitive positioning for each product and assess product development sprints and enhancement opportunities

To succeed in this VP of Product role, you must be a great communicator with the ability to continuously develop based on customer needs and have strong solid exposure in business product development.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of eight years of experience in product management field
• Passionate in beauty industry and has proven track record of success in developing digital products (preferably from e-commerce) with a user focused experience
• Great people skills paired with a high level of assertiveness
• Experience in working using agile methodologies in product development and managing product life cycles end-to-end
• Ability to quickly absorb and analyse unfamiliar information to make decisions that are supported by sound evidence
• Acknowledged with capabilities such as business and financial acumen, technology skills, UX
  design and product development cycle knowledge, data collection and analysis
