We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead our growth in the HRIS, ERP market in Indonesia. If you thrive in a fast-paced, hunter-driven environment and know how to turn conversations into opportunities, this role is for you.

This role is based in the vibrant city of Jakarta and offers an exceptional experience to drive company portfolio, specifically in Banking Equipment product.

In this pivotal role, your core mission will be to expand the company's portfolio, strengthen product presence, unlock new opportunities, and drive product expansion and portolfio. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who thrives in a high-growth environment.

What you'll do:

  • Lead end-to-end sales activities from prospecting to closing, focusing on new customer acquisition.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for HRIS, ERP, P2P, and payroll outsourcing solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline across multiple industries: BFSI, retail, manufacturing, oil & gas, and more.
  • Engage and influence C-level and senior decision-makers to accelerate deal cycles.
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to craft winning solution proposals.
  • Monitor market trends and leverage local insights to sharpen positioning and pricing.
  • Represent the company with strong professionalism and credibility in the market.

What you Bring

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience selling IT solutions, ideally ERP, HRIS, or enterprise systems.
  • Proven track record acquiring mid‑market to enterprise clients.
  • Strong market presence with a diverse client portfolio across multiple verticals.
  • Deep network and established relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to navigate the local business culture with keluwesan and strong understanding of Indonesian market dynamics.
  • Goal-driven, solution-oriented, and highly proactive.
