About the Oracle Business Analyst Role: You will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions using Oracle technologies. The Oracle Business Analyst works closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions and ensure successful implementation and integration of Oracle applications.
Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand their requirements
Analyse existing business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities
Design Oracle-based solutions to address business challenges and enhance efficiency
Configure and customise Oracle applications to meet business requirements
Collaborate with the technical teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of Oracle solutions
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) with business users
To succeed in this Oracle Business Analyst role, you must at have proven experience in Oracle.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
Proven experience as an Oracle Business Analyst or similar role
Hands-on experience with Oracle applications, e.g. Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion Cloud
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
In-depth knowledge of Oracle applications and their integration with other systems
Oracle certifications (e.g. Oracle Certified Business Analyst) are a plus
