What You’ll Do

• Define and drive the AI/ML roadmap, tightly aligned with business goals.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable models using state-of-the-art tech.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI into core business processes.
• Build and fine-tune domain-specific LLMs (GPT, Llama, Mistral) for real-world use cases.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and cost using MLOps best practices (Docker, CI/CD).
• Act as a trusted advisor on AI strategy, use cases, and limitations.
• Communicate insights through clear visualizations and reports for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay ahead of the curve with emerging AI/ML techniques, ethical AI, and cloud-native workflows.

What You Bring

• 8+ years in technical data science roles, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Strategic mindset with a strong business orientation.
• Hands-on experience with Spark, Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (Databricks, Azure).
• Deep knowledge of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and LLM orchestration tools.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence across teams.
• Intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for continuous learning.
