About the IT Manager (Retail) Role:
You will be a part of a growing and exciting company directly reporting to the C-level. You will develop the Application Architecture of the company, while leading and mentoring your tech team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop plan to implement new system/enhance existing one to meet changing business requirements – particularly with regards to new partnerships and integrations
• Determine strategies, plan, organise, direct, monitor, and evaluate activities for developing information and communication technology infrastructure to support the company's business need
• Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification
• Actively participating in strategic discussions with regards to IT road maps and IT budgeting by providing support with insights around maintaining governance and security
• Ensuring Information Assets across all departments are managed and maintained
• Monitor and report on project progress
• Provide clear described business value to the team
• Promote the motivation and commitment of the IT team (leadership)
• Manage IT controls, including security concepts and terminology related to applications, databases, operating systems, and IT operations

To be succeed in this IT Manager (Retail) role, you must have solid Application Architecture fundamentals and project management ability and must have experience leading a team of up to five people.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) or higher in Information Technology or a related field
• Experience in project management is a must
• Experience in software development/programming (web apps or mobile apps)
• More than five years of experience in supervisory/managerial roles
• Understand IT networking
• Experience in the Retail Industry is a plus
• Having good problem solving skills, analytical and logical thinking
• Having good leadership skills and experience of managing a team
• Preferably English spoken
• Readiness to be placed in BSD
