About the Senior QA Engineer (Manual/Automation Testing, WFO Jakarta) Role:
You will be one of the first founding members in their tech team who aim to developing technology in financing the electrical vehicles market. This is a WFO arrangement in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritise, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
• Monitor debugging process results
• Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

To succeed in this Senior QA Engineer (Manual/Automation Testing, WFO Jakarta) role, you must have at least four years of solid experience in both manual and automation testing.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and above in computer science/computer engineering
• Senior-level experience in microservices
• Minimum of four years of experience in manual and automation testing
• Familiar with Agile environment
• Ability to adapt to changes and a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills
