About the .NET C# Developer (VP Level) Role:
You will lead and participate in the design, development, testing, and implementation of complex software applications using the Microsoft .NET framework and C# and contribute to the success of the bank

Key Responsibilities:

• Software Development: Lead and participate in the design, development, testing, and implementation of complex software applications using the Microsoft .NET framework and C#. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines
• Architectural Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and review application architectures, ensuring high-performance, reliability, and scalability in a global banking environment
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and other team members. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth
• System Integration: Integrate applications with existing bank systems and external third-party services, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal functionality
• Performance Optimisation: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring our systems deliver optimal response times and handle high-transaction volumes efficiently
• Security and Compliance: Implement security measures and best practices to safeguard sensitive financial data and ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies

To succeed in this role , you should have strong expertise and be hands-on with Microsoft .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework, and Web API.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• At least 10 years of hands-on experience as a Senior .NET and C# Developer, with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex projects in the financial industry
• Strong expertise in Microsoft .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework, and Web API
• In-depth knowledge of database design and development with SQL Server or other relational databases
• Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries
• Proven experience in designing and implementing secure and scalable enterprise applications
• Solid understanding of design patterns, software development methodologies, and version control systems
• Prior experience working in the banking or financial services sector is highly advantageous
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams
